SHOULDER INJURIES

Shoulder is not only a complicated structure but important part of

control upper extremities and hands. Shoulder joint is comprised by three component; Humerous, Scapula, Clavicle and most unstable joint covered by muscle only.  Shoulder joint can be affected by how to move arm and the frequency of using arm, neck movement also can be a factor to make some shoulder pain.

We analyze shoulder movement and pattern patients are used to and make it strong by doing strengthening and stretching of shoulder.
